Regulatory Compliance Statement
We ensure all our products comply with GPSR, CE marking, and other
applicable EU Directives. Our EU Responsible Person for GPSR product safety
compliance is EU Compliance Partner.

PLA Products
We use a mixture of biodegradable resin and corn starch plastic which is sourced from manufacturers in the US and EU that comply with RoHS compliance adhering to the European Union's Directive 2011/65/EU. This restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. The RoHS directive aims to protect both human health and the environment by limiting the presence of certain dangerous substances in the manufacturing process of electronic devices.
Candles
Please follow these safety tips when lighting your candle:
- Never leave your burning candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children/pets.
- Never touch or move a burning candle when the wax is melted.
- Do not burn your candle near anything that might catch fire.
- Make sure your candle is placed on a stable heat-resistant surface. All of our pillar candles require you to place them on a heat-resistant dish with a raised edge. This will help to catch any melted wax dripping down the edge.
- Place burning candles 10cm away from each other as a safety precaution.
- Trim your wick before burning - wicks are best trimmed when they have been extinguished, ready for when you next light your candle. This will ensure a great burn next time.
Sustainability
Our PLA Products can be Code 7 compostable. We also use a Plant-Based Resin and Jesmonite for our busts and sculptures making this eco-friendly.
Our Packaging is 100% recyclable as our packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable. We also use washi tape to secure your items and this is biodegradable.

Warnings and Guidance
None of our products should be used as food or drinks containers.
Our products are intended to be used as ornaments/works of art or their designated purpose which is outlined on our product listings. Our products are not toys and should not be given to children.
The PLA products must be kept out of direct sunlight as this could warp them and make the colour fade with time.
Cleaning products are not to be used on our items, a dusting cloth or a small amount of water with a cloth is enough to clean any of our items.
